What we collect
When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, email, pick-up and drop-off addresses, journey times and flight numbers. When you apply to drive with us we also collect licensing, vehicle and availability details.
Why
To provide the journey you booked, to contact you about it, to invoice corporate accounts, and to assess driver applications. We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside ride ready and the driver assigned to your journey.
WhatsApp and chat
Messages you send via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. The chat assistant on this site runs in your browser and only sends us what you submit.
How long
Booking records are kept for 12 months for accounting and any queries, then deleted. Driver applications are kept for six months. Corporate account records are kept for the life of the account plus six years as required for tax.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics at the moment. If that changes, this page and a cookie notice will say so first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will respond within one month.
